PRIVATE SESSION

The best way to learn the Method as we will focus on your individual needs. You can enjoy the work on all the equipment. The resistance of the apparatus helps you to focus on the right muscles and integrate all your muscles in a whole body controlled movement.

Cost:

Casual $89
Concession card x 5 $425 ($85per session)
Concession card x 10 $800 ($80per session)

SHARED SESSION –TWO OR THREE PEOPLE

A more affordable way to share the experience with somebody, moving on all the apparatus and mat — preferably with the same level of experience — and still get the benefits of a tailored session to your needs and abilities.

Cost:

Casual $62 per person
Concession card x 5 $295 per person ($59 per session)
Concession card x 10 $530 per person ($53 per session)
Concession card x 25 $1250per person ($50 per session)

MAT CLASS:

The most affordable but also hardest way to practice Pilates with fun, moving only on the mat. A choreography of movements to improve stretch , strength and control of the whole body.

15 people maximum per class

Cost: depending on the number of weeks during the term. If you miss a session on your day you always can make it an other day before the end of the term.

Term 4 starts on Monday 7th October 2024

11 sessions for this term except for Mondays (only 10)

DISCOVERY PACKAGE:

New to Pilates? This is a great way to discover the method with us and try out all of the equipment available.

OUR ADVICE

Two to three times a week practice is optimal to start with. When you become stronger and aware of your body, a once a week session is good for maintenance. We will recommend what is best for you and tell you when you are ready to join a class. Without help you can also practice your mat work on your own in-between sessions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payments are due in advance when you book.
All sessions are non refundable.
Expiration date for concession card from date of purchase:2 months (5 sessions),4 months (10), 8 months (25), 1 year (100)
Discovery Package must be used within the two months following the date of purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 24 hours cancellation policy applies. Cancellation within this time or no show will be charged at the full rate.
